- Cars running 8.59 & faster
require a helmet.
- Cars running 7.35 & faster
require a helmet, fire jacket and a rollbar.
- Buy Runs: 1st round of
eliminations, a card will be pulled at random in the tower.
Thereafter, the driver recording the best reaction time first will be
pulled for the buy run, if needed. Bye runs will carry over until
they are used or the driver is eliminated. Only one bye run per
entry is permitted. In the event all entries have received a bye, a
coin toss will determine the bye run.
- Drivers must start and finish
the race in the same vehicle.
- Once a car reaches the front
of the staging lanes for a run, it must be prepared to fire and race.
If a vehicle fails to start, it will be given 90 seconds to fire before
being disqualified.
- Staging must be done in a
timely manner under the vehicle's own power.
- Pre-staging and staging must
be done in a forward motion.
- There will be no broke single
runs unless you have been paired by the staging lane director and your
opponent breaks.
- It is the driver's
responsibility to be in the staging lanes when his/her class is called to
the staging lanes. We will no longer call drivers on an individual
basis.
- All drivers in the staging
lanes must be in the race vehicle and prepared to race.
- Drivers must have a legible
dial-in on the front and passenger side glass. No dial-ins may be
changed once the car has left the head of staging.
- Driver accepts track
conditions and dial-in when car is staged. Please check your
dial-in.
- All cars must have working
tail lights.
- Double entry is permitted in
Super Pro, Pro & Street. Drivers will have a 2 minute time limit
to return to the staging lanes ready to race.
- No burning through the
lights. The only exceptions are rails, roadsters, or by special
permission from the starter.
- Drivers must maintain
vehicles in a professional manner at an idle speed in the pit area at all
times, including pit bikes and golf carts. Violation will result in
disqualification.
